    Bought several of these kit for third to 5th grade Talented and Gifted students. Pre programmed robots worked, but then had problems with controller uploading programming for Sumobot. After many hours of trying to find a solution why it wasn’t working I tried one other programmer and it worked. Contacted Robolink anout the oe that didn’t work and they simply referred me to the troubleshooting forum. I read everything on the forum, even for the other things like for the Codrone and drone, long before I emailed them. Listed my problem on the forum and they didn’t post it and then they emailed me to look at the forum again. Obviously customer service 101 hasn’t been installed at Robolink. So I’m stuck with a robot that I can’t program. The one kids is very disappointed.
    I also nticed they has various glitches that should not exist. A lot of their drivers and so forth are ones that involve fixes such as going into Terminal and adjusting the program. Not exactly for young kids, not those who aren’t into advanced troubleshooting of drivers and such. I wouldn’t recommend it since it’s not for teaching grades below high school, unless one is eaching hardware/software troubleshooting.
